Skinless Garlic Longganisa Recipe

Ingredients
  • 600 g Ground Pork 
  • 250 g Tokwa (chopped ) 
  • 1/3 cup Garlic (minced) 
  • 2 tsp Iodized Fine Salt 
  • ⅔ cup All-Purpose Flour 
  • 1¾ tsp Peppercorn (finely crushed ) 
  • 200 g Tomato Sauce 
  • 1/3 cup Vinegar 
Procedure
  1. Mix Tomato Sauce and tokwa together then combine with the other ingredients.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Roll every 2 tablespoons of mixture and arrange on a tray.
  4. Chill for 1 hour.
  5. Wrap each piece in cut out plastic/wax paper.
  6. Pack in plastic bag.
  7. Freeze until ready to cook
  8. Fry until brown and serve
