Skinless Garlic Longganisa Recipe
Ingredients
- 600 g Ground Pork
- 250 g Tokwa (chopped )
- 1/3 cup Garlic (minced)
- 2 tsp Iodized Fine Salt
- ⅔ cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1¾ tsp Peppercorn (finely crushed )
- 200 g Tomato Sauce
- 1/3 cup Vinegar
Procedure
- Mix Tomato Sauce and tokwa together then combine with the other ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Roll every 2 tablespoons of mixture and arrange on a tray.
- Chill for 1 hour.
- Wrap each piece in cut out plastic/wax paper.
- Pack in plastic bag.
- Freeze until ready to cook
- Fry until brown and serve
