BEEF RIBS SINIGANG RECIPE
INGREDIENTS- 1 kg beef ribs
- 2 pcs. tomato, quartered
- 2 pcs. onions, quartered
- 1-20g pack Knorr Sinigang sa Sampaloc Original
- 1 piece radish, sliced
- 1 piece eggplant, sliced
- 2 pcs. sili sigang
- 1 bunch kangkong leaves and stalks
- In a heavy pot, place beef ribs, tomatoes and onions with 1 Liter of water. Let it boil.
- Once it boils, lower the heat and let it simmer until the beef is tender for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- When beef is tender add the Knorr Sinigang sa Sampalok Original 20g.
- Add the radish slices and let it cook for 5mins. Then add the eggplant slices.
- When the eggplant is cooked, add the sili and kangkong leaves and stems.
