Salted Egg and Tomato Salad Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 salted duck eggs (itlog na maalat)
- 2 medium plum tomatoes, cubed
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
Instructions
- Slice the salted eggs in half.
- Scrape the egg white and yolk then arrange in a bowl.
- Add the cubed tomatoes and fish sauce. Mix well.
- Serve. Share and enjoy!
