Pinakufu Recipe (YBanag Delicacy)
Ingredients- 1/2 kilo malagkit rice
- 1 young coconut, grated
- 1/2 kilo caramelized brown sugar
- Soak malagkit rice in water overnight.
- Grind soaked malagkit finely.
- Mix grated young coconut with ground malagkit.
- Mold into tongue-size patties.
- Fry and mix with melted sugar.
- Serve and Enjoy!
